Iwona Michalska is the Co-Founder and Director of Tik Tak Childcare Day Nursery & Pre-School, which she has co-managed since 2008. She is a QTS Early Years Teacher with Level 7 qualifications in Early Years Education and Level 6 certification as a Special Educational Needs Teacher. Her work focuses on integrating Montessori-inspired methods and EYFS frameworks to support early childhood development and school readiness in Milton Keynes.
