At Tik Tak Childcare, our team is the heart of everything we do. We are proud to have a passionate, caring, and highly skilled group of early years professionals dedicated to supporting each child’s learning journey with love, respect, and expertise.

Management Team

Iwona Michalska

Co-Founder, Director · QTS Early Years Teacher · Special Educational Needs Teacher, Level 6 · Early Years Education, Level 7

Iwona has played a central role in shaping Tik Tak Childcare Day Nursery & Pre-School since she co-founded it in 2008. She leads with passion, vision, and a deep commitment to providing a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Her hands-on management style ensures smooth day-to-day operations while fostering a strong, supportive culture among staff and families. Iwona prioritizes high-quality early education, continuous improvement, and close partnerships with parents to create a safe, welcoming space for all children.

With a strong focus on child development, staff support, and parent partnership, she ensures that every child at 
Tik Tak Childcare feels safe, valued, and empowered to thrive. Iwona’s leadership sets the tone for the nursery’s caring culture, educational excellence, and family-focused approach.

Leszek Szczepańczyk

Co-Founder (since 2010), Director, Finance Manager · Early Years Educator, Level 3 · Health and Safety Officer

Leszek oversees the financial operations of Tik Tak Childcare, helping the nursery run smoothly and sustainably behind the scenes. With his calm and thoughtful approach, he ensures that resources are managed wisely to support the nursery’s long-term vision and day-to-day needs.

In addition to managing finance, Leszek leads customer service and human resources, fostering positive relationships with families and supporting staff wellbeing and development. As the Health and Safety Officer, he is dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone at Tik Tak Childcare. His attention to detail and approachable nature make him a trusted leader and a valued member of the team. Leszek’s dedication ensures that both children and staff thrive in a supportive and well-organised setting.

Teachers Team

At Tik Tak Childcare, our skilled teaching team is committed to providing exceptional early years education, nurturing every child’s curiosity, growth, and confidence. We believe in creating a joyful and stimulating environment where children feel safe to explore and express themselves. Our teachers work closely together, sharing expertise and passion to ensure every child receives personalised support and encouragement on their learning journey.

All teachers are trained in First Aid, Safeguarding (Level 3), and Food Safety (Level 2) as part of our compulsory training standards, ensuring a safe, responsive, and well-prepared environment for every child in our care.

Agnieszka

Early Years Leader, Level 6 · Hygiene and Safety Coordinator

Agnieszka is a highly qualified Early Years Leader at Level 6, bringing solid expertise in child development and pedagogy. She plays a vital role in planning engaging learning experiences, supporting children’s individual progress, and organising high-quality provision across the setting. Agnieszka’s passion for early education inspires both children and colleagues alike.

As Hygiene and Safety Coordinator, she ensures that high standards of cleanliness, care, and wellbeing are consistently maintained. She also manages our Toy and Resources Library, thoughtfully curating learning materials that support a rich, stimulating environment for play and discovery.

Loreta

Early Years Leader, Level 3 · Special Education Needs, Level 2

Loreta is our dedicated baby room specialist, bringing great experience and a deeply nurturing presence to the children in the Baby Room. She creates a calm, secure environment where babies feel safe, loved, and ready to explore the world around them. Loreta’s gentle and responsive approach supports each child’s early development and fosters strong bonds with both babies and their families. She is also skilled in ensuring excellent transitions between home and nursery, helping babies settle comfortably and confidently into their new environment.

QTS Early Years Teacher, Level 7 · Special Education Needs, Level 2

Malwina is our dedicated pre-school specialist, bringing expert knowledge and a passionate approach to supporting children’s learning during these important years. She plays a key role in curriculum design and assessment, ensuring that every child receives an inclusive and high-quality learning experience. Malwina also mentors colleagues and students, fostering continuous professional growth across the team. She is particularly skilled in supporting smooth and confident transitions to school, preparing children for their next exciting step in education.

Supporting Team

Our supporting team plays a vital role in creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment for every child
 at Tik Tak Childcare. They assist our teachers with daily activities, provide extra care and attention, and help ensure smooth routines throughout the nursery.

All supporting staff are trained as First Aiders and hold Safeguarding Level 2 certification as well as Food Safety Level 2 training. Their dedication and care ensure every child receives the attention and support they need to thrive in a safe and nurturing setting.

Early Years Leader, Level 3

Noyala is a dedicated Early Years Leader who plays a key role in supporting the daily activities and development of children at Tik Tak Childcare. She focuses particularly on afternoon care and learning, ensuring that children remain engaged, happy, and supported throughout the day. With her experience and caring nature, she helps create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported. Noyala works closely with the teaching team to ensure high-quality care and learning for all children.

Teaching Assistant, Level 2

Linda is a skilled Teaching Assistant who co-leads the Pre-School class, playing a vital role in supporting children’s learning and development. She works closely with the lead teachers to plan activities and create a positive, engaging environment for the children. Linda’s dedication and teamwork help ensure smooth daily routines and a supportive setting where every child can thrive. She is passionate about fostering confidence and independence in every child she works with.

Beata

Teaching Assistant

Beata is a dedicated Teaching Assistant who provides loving and attentive support to our babies
at Tik Tak Childcare. She helps create a calm, nurturing environment where the youngest children feel safe and cared for. Beata’s gentle approach and patience make her a trusted and valued member of the team, ensuring every baby’s needs are met with warmth and kindness. She works closely with parents to support smooth transitions between home and nursery, building strong, trusting relationships. Beata is also our Garden Care Coordinator, nurturing the outdoor spaces to create a vibrant and safe environment for children to explore and learn.

 Teaching Assistant

Katarzyna is a warm and reliable Teaching Assistant who supports the daily care and learning of children across all rooms at Tik Tak Childcare. She assists the teaching team in creating a safe, welcoming environment where every child feels valued and encouraged. Katarzyna’s friendly nature and commitment help ensure each child’s day is filled with positive experiences and meaningful interactions. She has a very positive impact on the whole team, contributing to a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

At Tik Tak Childcare, we believe that happy, supported staff create the best environment for children to thrive. That’s why we’ve designed a dedicated Staff Room—a calm, comfortable space where our team can rest, reflect, and recharge during their day.

Our Staff Room offers:
