What age can my child start nursery?

We welcome children from 6 months to 5 years. Our rooms are tailored to different age groups — babies, toddlers, and preschoolers — so each child gets care and learning that suits their stage of development.

How do you help children settle in?

We use a gentle, flexible settling-in process. Every child is assigned a key person who builds a trusting relationship from the start. We invite parents to stay during early visits, gradually increasing time apart as your child gains confidence.

Do you support bilingual children?

Absolutely! Many of our children speak another language at home — including Polish, Romanian, Portuguese and Urdu. We see this as a strength and support bilingualism through visual cues, gestures, key words from home, and staff who speak multiple languages.

What’s included in your nursery fees?

Our fees cover meals, snacks, nappies, activities, outings, and learning resources. We also accept government funding for eligible 2, 3 and 4-year-olds, as well as tax-free childcare. Full transparency is important to us — no hidden charges.

What’s your daily routine like?

Each age group has a predictable, comforting routine that includes:

• Free play and guided activities

• Outdoor time (every day!)

• Mealtimes and rest

• Group time (songs, stories, discussions)

• Learning through play across all EYFS areas

The rhythm of the day helps children feel safe and confident.

How do you keep parents informed?

We share updates daily — both verbally at pick-up and through written observations or digital platforms. We also hold regular check-ins and are always available for chats, questions or concerns.

What if my child has additional needs?

We offer inclusive, personalised care and work closely with families and external professionals when needed. Every child deserves to feel understood and supported, and we tailor our approach to meet individual needs.
